Statutory Auditor (Poland), Partner

Therese Baginski is a graduate of the University of Economics in Katowice. She was awarded the title of statutory auditor in 2005. She has been with Rödl & Partner since 1992 when she started to work in the head office in Nuremberg. She took over the management of the Wroclaw office in 1997 and has run it ever since. Ms Baginski is also in charge of the audit departments in Gliwice, Cracow and Wroclaw, and of the accounting and the corporate & tax law department in Wroclaw. She became a partner in 2004.

Ms Baginski has many years of hands-on experience as a statutory auditor carrying out projects which have covered consulting and controlling in companies of all sizes and industries. She advises and audits subsidiaries of parent companies from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands and many more. Ms Baginski has worked with over a hundred German-speaking companies in Poland. She speaks German and Polish.

After hours she likes to cook, read books and watch movies. She also enjoys hiking and horse riding.

Marcin Jamroży graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan and the Faculty of Business Economics at the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder). He is PhD in economics (Europa-Universität Viadrina), PhD in law (Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan), advanced PhD in economics (Warsaw School of Economics), associate professor at the Institute of Finance at the Warsaw School of Economics, head of Postgraduate Studies in International Tax Strategies and head of Transfer Pricing Postgraduate Studies.

Marcin Jamroży has been with Rödl & Partner since 1997, and has been co-responsible for the offices in Warsaw and Gdansk since 2013. 

He has participated in numerous projects involving global business restructuring, choice of the form and location of direct investments, development of transfer pricing policy and documentation. Marcin Jamroży speaks Polish, German and English. He has authored over 100 reviewed publications, particularly in the area of corporate taxation.  Former Member of the Tax Law Consultation Council, a Member of the State Examination Board for Tax Advisers, deputy-head of the Tax Committee at AHK (Polish-German Chamber of Industry and Commerce), board member of the Polish branch of the International Fiscal Association (IFA). In 2014 and 2015, he was a recommended international tax law expert of the daily newspaper Rzeczpospolita.

In his spare time he enjoys sports. 

Tax Adviser (Poland), Partner

Renata Kabas-Komorniczak is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, the British Centre for European and English Law Studies and the American School of Law (University of Florida). She has also completed doctoral studies at the Warsaw School of Economics.  She has gained professional experience working for international tax consulting firms. Ms Kabas-Komorniczak has been with Rödl & Partner since 2004 when she started as BPO manager in Warsaw. She has been co-managing the Warsaw and Gdansk offices of Rödl & Partner since 2013 and became a partner in 2014. Ms Kabas-Komorniczak manages process improvement projects and is a licenced Lean Practitioner of the Lean Enterprise Institute.  

She has authored a number of books and publications on tax and social security law. She has also participated in drafting expert analyses and opinions on tax law for the lower chamber of Polish Parliament (Sejm). Ms Kabas-Komorniczak works as an Interim Finance Manager of manufacturing and IT companies and implements finance modules in ERP systems. Currently, Ms Kabas-Komorniczak appears as an expert on TVN. He speaks Polish, German and English. 

After hours she plays bridge, piano, listens to jazz, reads detective stories and runs.

Magdalena Ludwiczak is a graduate of Poznań University of Economics, the Faculty of Management. She has been with Rödl & Partner since 1998, and she became a certified auditor in 2003.

In 2008, she was awarded the title of an Associate Partner and became the head of the audit department in the Poznan office of Rödl & Partner. Two years later she became a Partner. She has been in charge of Rödl & Partner's audit teams in Poland since 2012, and has been co-managing the Poznan office of Rödl & Partner since October of that year. She provides comprehensive services in the area of financial statement audit, training organisation and other certification services offered by Rödl & Partner auditors.

Furthermore, she is a member of an in-house international WP Führungskreis team developing Rödl & Partner guidelines for financial statement audit.

She specialises in, among other things, providing advisory and audit services to subsidiaries with foreign capital, business transformation and Financial Due Diligence projects. Due to her excellent knowledge of German, she has become the account manager of many of our German-speaking clients.

In her free time Magdalena loves to pursue her passions – skiing and travelling.

Attorney at Law (Poland), Partner

Aneta Majchrowicz-Bączyk is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration and of the Foreign Language College at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan, and has completed post-graduate studies in taxes and tax consultancy at the University of Economics in Poznan.

For six years she worked at a law firm in Poznan to join Rödl & Partner in 2004. She became a partner at Rödl & Partner Poland in 2010.  At present, Aneta Majchrowicz-Bączyk co-manages the Poznan office of Rödl & Partner and is in charge of the Corporate and Tax Law Department and the State Aid Department in Poland. 

She specialises in real estate, contract law and corporate law. She advises on and participates in negotiations, M&A deals and legal representation in civil and commercial lawsuits. Aneta Majchrowicz-Bączyk is a member of the international M&A and renewable energy expert groups. Her excellent command of German allows her to provide comprehensive legal services to foreign clients. She speaks also English.

Aneta Majchrowicz-Bączyk loves skiing and contemporary literature. 


Liliane Preusser studied law and economics at the Friedrich Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg. She gained her professional experience in one of the Big Four companies in Düsseldorf. She has been with Rödl & Partner for over 20 years and has been a partner since 2005.  Ms Preusser runs the offices in Cracow and Gliwice. She is in charge of the finance and payroll outsourcing of Rödl & Partner Poland and manages more than 150 well-qualified specialists. 

She specialises in advising enterprises from German-speaking countries and carrying out payroll and finance accounting projects. She speaks Polish and German. Outsourcing Magazine called Ms Preusser one of the 100 most influential people in the Polish outsourcing market. In addition to her professional activity she participates in cultural events, especially those that promote German culture in Poland as part of the town twinning of Nuremberg and Cracow. 

Personally, Ms Preusser is interested in interior decoration and gardening, and spends her spare time reading books or skiing.
