In recent months, the legislator has imposed further obligations on enterprises. They include the obligation to report to the Central Register of Beneficial Owners that has been implemented to verify companies’ ownership structures, the reporting obligation under the MDR, or the due care obligation for withholding tax. The aforementioned issues and the legal and tax procedures concerning business ethics, but also labour law issues, GDPR and cybersecurity at companies will be discussed during this training.

The seminar will be held in Polish on 18/10/2019 in Rödl & Partner’s office at ul. Św. Mikołaja 19 in Wroclaw.

The participation fee is PLN 200 + 23% VAT per person or PLN 100 + 23% VAT per person (Rödl & Partner clients).
