The Act amending the Personal Income Tax Act, the Corporate Income Tax Act, the Tax Act and certain other acts entered into force on 1 January 2019. The new regulations introduce far-reaching amendments to transfer pricing laws: Article 9a of the CIT Act has been repealed and replaced by Chapter 1a providing for comprehensive changes in transfer pricing documentation.
