Customs duty in Poland – news and changes in the customs regulations since 01/05/2016 

During the training we will discuss the Union Customs Code adopted on 9 October 2013 by the Regulation (EU) No 952/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council . The provisions of the Union Customs Code apply  from 1 May 2016. Prior to that date, the Community Customs Code and the respective executive regulations applied. The participants will have an opportunity to learn about regulations included in the Union customs law which.
